Registration is confirmed upon completion of payment.
Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.
A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email your registration, please contact us (Email: rccitychallenge@sportsoho.com; Phone: +852 2117 1650).
Once the registration is accepted, registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address within 15 working days after the Organizer has received the registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer immediately.
Duplicated registrations in the same event will be counted as a single registration. The extra registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.
On-site or late registration are not accepted.
Both cash donations and team registration donations are eligible for tax-exempt receipts. Please provide relevant information during registration for receipt issuance.

An email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants two weeks before the event day.
Participants need to show either the printout or electronic version of the notification email to our staff to collect the race pack and event materials.

Each team can visit each check point only once to collect score.
All team members must arrive at each check point simultaneously. No score will be awarded if this condition is not met.
Ensure smartphones have sufficient battery and data and each participant must use the same smartphone to log in to the app throughout the game.
All required app functions must be enabled after logged in. Participants are responsible for any score loss due to setup issues.
In case of app issues (e.g., loading failures, crashed, GPS inaccuracies), you may reboot the app. Quitting the app does not end the game, but the timer continues.
For unresolved issues after restarting the app, contact technicians at +852 2117 1650. Note that the time for technical supports will not be compensated.

Participants should engage in detailed planning before starting and aim to avoid dangerous courses.
Stay updated to the weather forecast. Do not commence or continue activities during a Very Hot Weather Warning or adverse weather condition.
Participants should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In case of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.

Participants should be aware of the event's content and nature, which requires physical exertion. It is essential to be in sound medical condition. Monitor your physical status and stop immediately if you feel unwell during the event.
Take protective measures against UV exposure by applying sunscreen, wearing caps and ensuring adequate hydration.
Individuals who are pregnant or have chronic diseases, such as heart disease or high blood pressure, are advised not to participate.
The Organizer reserves the right to disallow or disqualify any participants suspected of being physically unfit. Participants must accept this decision.
Public liability insurance is covered by the organizer, however, participants are encouraged to arrange their own insurance for added protection.

Participants should closely monitor weather reports from the Hong Kong Observatory before departure and throughout the competition. (Contact: Hong Kong Observatory, Tel: 1878200)
If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or Red or Black Rainstorm Warnings is issued, do not start and continue the race. Registration fee will not be refunded in these cases.
If inclement weather persists or warnings are issued, the competition will be terminated immediately. Registration fee will not be refunded.
If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 8:00 am on 1 March, both the kick-off ceremony and the event will be canceled.
If Red or Black Rainstorm Warnings are hoisted from 4:00am on 1 March, both the kick-off ceremony and the event will be canceled.
If the event is cancelled due to the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings hoisting, registration fee will not be refunded.

All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Organizer reserves the right to all photos taken during the event for future use and reference.
The Organizer has the right to retain the personal data provided by participants after the event for future promotional purposes.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules as necessary.

The Important Notes are provided in Chinese and English.Incase of any discrepancy or ambiguities two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. The Organizer reserves the right to amend and interpret the above important notes and regulations as deemed appropriate.
